Aira is an RN with a master’s degree in nursing and experience in managed care, long-term care, and education. Most of her work has been in project management, quality improvement, and nursing education. She led quality improvement PIPP projects for a collaborative of skilled nursing facilities. These initiatives focused on medication management, behavioral health, mobility, and skin integrity. Aira has always focused on using data and technology to streamline care and enjoy supporting teams as they adopt new process changes.
